Quality Assurance Expert with Romanian
Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Assurance expert for one of our projects for a client specializing in the production of Personal Care Products.
The QA expert is responsible for supporting Team Managers in implementing and using the Quality Monitoring Assessment (QMA), ensuring that the site is achieving/exceeding monthly contractual quality goals leading to a direct correlation in the customer experience, through call/NVC monitoring, feedback, reporting, analysis, calibration and provision of general support as required.

Requirements
-Advanced technical and troubleshooting skills
-Excellent conversational and written knowledge of Romanian
-Excellent conversational and written knowledge of English
-Excellent knowledge of all MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
-At least of 6 months of customer service experience
-Excellent conversational and written knowledge of Romanian
