ALTIDO helps property owners let their property out on a short-term basis providing a flexible, safe and secure income stream and a fantastic experience for guests looking for a change from the sterile uniformity of a hotel. A service designed for London, Lisbon, Milan and Edinburgh. The role is based in our HQ in London
We are a hospitality business first and foremost thus we invest heavily in working with our clients to boost the desirability of their properties and provide a tailored experience for each carefully chosen guest. Our guests and clients alike benefit from a hands-on, personal experience with 24/7 support and concierge service.
Are you a problem-solver, a team player and an innovator? Do you have a can-do attitude and give your all to any task? We are looking for someone like you to join our exciting, fast-growing business in a role that has the potential to develop into a key position.
You will be a key member of the Operations team - spot checking our grounds team, getting properties guest-ready, property maintenance, running around London to meet guests or contractors and generally assisting our amazing operations manager. A positive attitude and a great sense of humour are key traits to possess in this role. The role is not office based
Key Responsibilities
Assisting to managing the ground operations with a proactive and accountable attitude
You will be the “fixer” - if something needs doing, you’ll be the first to step up
Greeting and checking-in guests whilst upholding our high standards of customer service
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates available for January, immediate start, preferably 6 months duration
Great sense of humour, excellent problem solving skills with minimum supervision
Candidate is able to resolve problems with minimal supervision and is able to apply excellent customer service
What we offer
You will join a young and energetic office with a wide variety of perks such as team breakfast, beers on Fridays, tickets to Queens, tours around Parliament. These are just some of the examples of team activities we do throughout the summer. 2 days off per month holiday (pro-rata). We offer a monthly compensation on top of contributing to your academic program by setting up a tailored made internship program in line with your university's internship requirements.
