ALTIDO helps property owners let their property out on a short-term basis providing a flexible, safe and secure income stream and a fantastic experience for guests looking for a change from the sterile uniformity of a hotel. A service designed for London, Lisbon, Milan and Edinburgh. The role is based in our HQ in London

You will be a key member of the Operations team - spot checking our grounds team, getting properties guest-ready, property maintenance, running around London to meet guests or contractors and generally assisting our amazing operations manager. A positive attitude and a great sense of humour are key traits to possess in this role. The role is not office based

Key Responsibilities

Assisting to managing the ground operations with a proactive and accountable attitude
You will be the “fixer” - if something needs doing, you’ll be the first to step up
Greeting and checking-in guests whilst upholding our high standards of customer service
Requirements:

We are looking for candidates available for January, immediate start, preferably 6 months duration

Great sense of humour, excellent problem solving skills with minimum supervision

Candidate is able to resolve problems with minimal supervision and is able to apply excellent customer service
