This is an exciting opportunity in Quimper for a Customer Service Supervisor within our Planning and Logistics department.

Your impact will be seen in these and other ways:

Managing a Customer Service team of 12

Coaching and developing our Customer Services team

Manage all escalations that come into the team

Provide excellent Customer Service to our Customers in Europe

Collaborate deeply with Sales department and on the introduction of new projects

Report team activity whilst managing performance

Requirements

Qualifications

Skills and Experience Required:

Excellent Customer Service skills

An understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics

Demonstrated experience within order management

Understanding of CI tools such Six Sigma

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications

Degree qualified in International Business or Supply Chain Management

Able to speak fluent English and French, and Spanish and/or Italian would be much appreciated
