Wholesale Travel Associate

For one of our clients – we are seeking for positive, professional, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals to ensure complete customer satisfaction for the role of: Wholesale Travel Associate with Russian, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Turkish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Delivering top notch customer service via phone, email and chat in Russian, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Turkish;
* Manage telephone calls regarding flight connections, flight reservations, telephone check-in, accommodations, tours, activities, generating and distributing quotes, securing payments and booking the trips;
* Manage new and existing reservations;
* Follow up customer requests and make sure that no customer is left without care and appropriate answers.

Requirements:
* Fluency in Russian, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Turkish;
* Good level of English - at least B1 level;
* Solid organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and multi task in a demanding environment;
* Excellent communication skills;
* A passion for traveling.
