Responsibilities

Assist Team Leader on supervision of the team;
Answer questions from team members and resolve issues;
Work along the team, by helping customers to finish their loan application;
Answer customer’s questions via phone, chat, SMS or email;
Looking for ways to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue;
Analyze team and agent performance;
Work closely with Team Leader to improve working procedures;
Most importantly, putting customers at the heart of everything you do.

Requirements

You’ll love analyzing data AND serving customers;
Hands on mentality, leading by example;

Written and verbal fluency in English and German;
You’ll be target driven, competitive and ambitious;
You like working in an international company with many different cultures around you;
Great skills with MS Excel;
Living in Malta and immediately available;
