Our client is a leading supplier of in-house software in the online gaming industry. Their clients include high profile gaming companies from all around the globe.

If this is you, then apply for the 1st level support position in our office in Malta!

The chosen candidate will assist the support team in their daily tasks and will be in charge of maintaining the ticketing system, by acknowledging tickets to clients, replicating issues, assign them to the right stakeholder, chase for reply when necessary and maintain a good flow of communication with all the company’s clients at all time.

Other duties will include clients’ training, keeping the documentation updated and assist senior team members as requested from time to time.

Cerințe

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a support environment
2 years of experience in Gaming or related software industry
Knowledge of Jira and Zendesk would be a plus
Fluent in English
Exceptional organisational skills and able to multitask is a must.
