Russian language summer school

It is perfect if you come to Kaliningrad for summer holidays. Very intense language studies are combined with lots of social events and tours of the city. You do not only listen but participate actively – you learn Russian songs, cook Russian dishes, act in small plays, learn some traditional Russian crafts, visit museums, exhibitions, concerts, workshops, meet artists and performers of the city of Kaliningrad and of the region of Kaliningrad. The course might vary depending on participants’ interests and needs.
We suggest the following topics:
Russian festivals,
Russian folklore: songs, dances, traditional games, fairy tales,
History of Russian national dress,
Crafts – traditional Russian toy, painting on wood, ceramics,
Russian gems – amber,
Soviet and Russian cinema,
Modern music, etc.

Course duration - 3 weeks. Schedule - from Monday to Friday, 6 academic hours (1h = 45 minutes) a day, 27 hours a week. The course starts at 09:30am to 01:00pm/lunch break/2:30pm to 05:00pm. There will not be more than six students per course, minimum are three students.
