The Role
Korn Ferry has partnered with one of the world's leading companies to effectively deliver on their European recruitment needs.
We are looking to find a permanent Recruiter based in Gothemburg to join our exceptionally talented RPO team in supporting our client’s recruitment needs.
You will be responsible for the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to hiring managers.

Key Accountabilities
• Focus on direct sourcing methodologies to attract top talent for roles across the regions
• Recruitment across a range of role types within Finance, IT, HR
• Managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial hiring manager briefing through to offer management
• Engage with stakeholders across the business, regularly updating all parties on the status of your allocated requisitions
• Develop sourcing strategies and channels to build relevant candidate pools

Requirements

A little bit more about you:
• Significant experience in recruitment - direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ interviewing, and marketing candidates to clients either in an on-site or off-site environment.
• Fluent English - Swedish is an advantage
• Generalist recruitment experience - ideally recruiting back office roles such as finance/ IT/ HR
• Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems, effective candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process management.
• Great communicator and able build quality relationships with your clients, candidates and across the business!
• Problem solver – like to get results, find new solutions/ improvement opportunities and keep learning
• Team worker, like to share knowledge/ experience and collaborate.
