Live Chat Support Agent with French and English (Fully remote recruitment process)

For one of our clients – an innovative and growing BPO solutions provider – we are looking
for highly motivated individuals for the position of Live Chat Support Agent with French and
English (Fully remote recruitment process). The project is related to delivery and logistics services.

Recruitment and job application in time of coronavirus is not a new book, but everyday life.
All interviews will be conducted online or by phone for your comfort. The hiring process, starting dates and initial trainings with our clients have been tailored according to the official prescriptions and some of them will be conducted online.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide quick responses to users mainly via chat sessions;
* Use templates in order to provide consistent messages to users;
* Coordinate the communication between clients and delivery operators;
* Juggle multiple tasks at once while attending the customer’s needs;
* Ability to work on rotating shifts (including late afternoon shifts).

Requirements

Requirements:
* Advanced level of French and English;
* Flexibility and effective communication skills;
* Friendly and positive attitude;
* Good computer literacy;
* Strong work ethic.
