Junior Mobility Administrator

Job Description

Produce standards and processes development for basic software infrastructure services worldwide
Provide world class operational services to support and maintain the back office related services
Follow Firmenich IT strategy by supporting new and existing services
Provide guidance and governance to other regions
Participate in the implementation of new services
Plan and follow the service, providing KPIs and reports:
Propose and document operational guidelines, IS standard and Policies
Review and audit operating procedures
Enrich existing management systems, like CMDB, Service management tool
Manage all equipment over current infrastructure
Manage capacity
Support new product deployments with installation, integration, testing, documentation, and training
Assist in implementation of plans that enhance technical operation, compliance with rules and regulations, and permit the deployment of new technology and support them
Define and compile the methods of procedures and documentation to support in the maintenance and day-to-day operation of the applications in scope
Plan, coordinate and implement security measures against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure
Provide L2 support to business users (request, incidents)
Develop new & maintain existing MobileIron customizations (Features & solutions)
Application re-installation/restore/backup. Vendor involvement required wherever application installation documentation is not available and was installed by Vendor/Application Owner)
Regular application monitoring activities (Basic checks such as launching the administration portal, performance, high availability status, …)
Incident troubleshooting
Vendor Coordination

Requirements

Proven experience in managing a set of the following basic infrastructure software: Mobile Device Management solutions (MobileIron, Blackberry Enterprise Server, Microsoft Intune, Air Watch, etc);Active Directory;
VMWare knowledge;
Know-how of general IT systems (Windows servers and clients, macOS, iOS, Android, AD, DNS, TCP / IP, LAN / WAN, firewalls, proxy);
Service-Now product experience.
