IT Operations Manager
Job Description
• Managing operation’s team for Output management deliveries in order to meet the agreed KPI targets.
• SLA reporting and report generation. Assist and manage resources to resolve incidents and problems.
• Resource and strategic planning to meet demands from ongoing projects.
• Manage and resolve user complaints.
• Run and maintain Kanban task board for Operations.
• Plan and hold team huddles/meetings.
• Participate in operational meetings with the different deliveries.
• Managing and resolving access issues for operations team.
• Some incident handling on a backup basis
