HEAD OF HR - BERLIN

Responsibilities:
Recruiting international talent and doing the on-boarding processes
Strategic optimization of our HR and company processes
Advising our employees and managers on HR issues
Analysis and implementation of measures to promote our employee satisfaction
Further development planning for our employees and managers
Help shape corporate development as part of the management team
Optimization of our employer branding
Management and expansion of our HR team

Requeriments:
You have experience in setting up HR processes in fast-growing companies 3 years+
Experience in recruiting international talent for digital business models
You are familiar with German labor law
You are characterized by an analytical and process-oriented mindset
Your English and German is business fluent
You enjoy working independently and you have management experience
