Our client, an iGaming Firm based in Malta, is looking for a German speaking Customer Service to join their friendly team. Malta offers a rich Mediterranean lifestyle, as well as having a vibrant night life to match. The job is an excellent opportunity to experience everything Malta has to offer.
The role includes:
- Providing assistance to internal and external customers via available communication channels in own language;
- Guide customers through the website and assist them using the various services and products offered;
- Escalate all sorts of technical problems reported by the customers to Manager;
- Perform inbound and outbound calls;
- Support other departments in carrying out various marketing activities, loyalty programmes, translations etc.
Requirements
- Previous experience in iGaming;
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and German;
- One or more years of experience in a similar role, preferably in iGaming;
- Professional communication skills via phone, live chat and email;
- Educated up to Secondary or post-Secondary level;
- Willing to work evenings and weekends on shift basis.
