GERMAN CUSTOMER SUPPORT - LISBON

Mission:
• Answer to customer queries and requests, in a simple way keeping your smile, ensuring their satisfaction through a unique customer experience
• Keep in contact with clients by receiving incoming calls and emails, managing claims and requests
Requirements
Profile:
• Fluency in German (C2 Level or Native)
• B1/B2 level of English
• Good computer skills
• Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Good listening and empathy skills
• Good time management skills
Benefits
Conditions:
· Contract since the first day

· Base Salary - (paid for 14 months)
. Bonus: 1200 euros max gross annual variable (it means around 100 euros bonus per month based on performance)
· Welcome Bonus available only for German candidates
· Meal allowance pay in card (free in taxes) - 6.83€/day (around 120 euros per month)
· Transport benefit: 20€
