For one of our clients – we're seeking a highly-organized individual for the position B2B Account Support Specialist with Dutch, French, German, Swedish & English.

Recruitment and job application in time of coronavirus is not a new book, but everyday life. All interviews will be conducted online or by phone for your comfort. The hiring process, starting dates and initial trainings with our clients have been tailored according to the official prescriptions and some of them will be conducted online.

Your role:
· Communicate with the company`s B2B and B2C clients mainly over phone, chat and email.
· Help clients solve issues related to failed transactions, personal identification and assist with onboarding new merchants.
· Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service. • Execute an organized, efficient and structured working process.
· Meet predetermined targets and represent the company in a professional manner.

Requirements

We need a person with:
· Previous sales/customer service experience;
· Fluent languages – Dutch, French, German, Swedish & English;
· Used to dynamic and fast-paced work environment;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively;
· Team spirit.
