Account Manager

Job Description

On behalf of our client we are looking for an Account Manager to work in sunny Malta, a Mediterranean island with a vibrant nightlife and affordable lifestyle. The job is an excellent opportunity to experience everything Malta has to offer.

- Build and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships;

- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement;

- Increase and maintain operators’ satisfaction by ensuring that all the requests and needs are met according to their standards;

- Develop and implement account plans that drive the attainment of critical business objectives and forecast and track account metrics/KPI’s for each of your accounts;

-Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholder;

- Identify opportunities and areas for growth for the company.

Requirements

- Proven experience building strong relationships through sales, account management or similar;

- Commercially minded with strategic and analytical thinking skills;

- High level of initiative, strong communication skills and ability to work with many stakeholders simultaneously;

- Casino experience/knowledge;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

- Motivated to perform well and reach KPIs.
