We are currently looking for an Account Manager for our London based client, in order for them to deliver on their growth targets. The business is urgently looking for a French speaking graduate, ideally someone who suits front office, has good communication skills and is interested in the world of Finance.


Role & Responsibilities

- Interacting daily with clients to help engage users with some of our clients products
- Developing a deeper understanding of client preferences and needs, in particular how to match this with relevant products that our client offers
- Identifying inactive users on priority accounts and use content offering to engage clients, including cross-selling products through a variety of media (phone, emails, Bloomberg, and face-to-face meetings)
- Maintaining and updating client user preferences to ensure tailored content and service delivery
- Developing close relationships with sophisticated clients to help refine and develop conference call, project and report ideas
- Liaising with Account Managers, Research, Sales and Product Teams across the firm
- Maintaining client user data on their advanced systems (account structure, user preferences, compliance requirements, packages)
- Attending weekly sales meetings
