2+ Month Ski & Beach Resort jobs in Japan available all year-round!
SKI Jobs: December - end-March.
BEACH Jobs: Start every month.
The perfect way to spend the 1st few months of your Working Holiday!
Make Japanese friends, improve your Japanese, and (if you don't party too much), leave your Resort afterwards with enough cash to explore the amazing wonders of Japan!
JOBS: Ski Jump, Lifts, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Ski Rental, Ski Instructor, Ski Patrol, Beach/Pool Attendant, Gift Shop, Bellhop, Ticket Sales, Information/Concierge, Hotel Front Desk
Most Resort jobs in Japan have a 40-48hr/week schedule. An average day is 8am – 5pm (with 1-hour unpaid lunch break), however some positions may start earlier or finish later.
Hourly wages are at least 714yen before tax.
TAX: all income is taxed at 20% for Working Holiday Visa holders.
ACCOMMODATION: Resort staff stay in large dormitories, with rooms for 2-4 Japanese or foreign staff.
MEALS: Breakfast and dinner are served in the dorm or hotel cafeteria, while lunch is eaten at your work post.
FREE TIME: Doing a working holiday at a Resort in Japan, you’ll be surrounded by beautiful scenery, and lots of fun activities! Carving fresh tracks in champagne powder, or lazing on tropical beaches in the sun will become routine activities.
