Program Description
World Campus International, Inc. offers you an opportunity to take part in short-term, non-traditional study abroad programs in Japan. You can choose to sign up for one of the 3 different sessions in different regions across Japan. Participants will have the unique chance to gain cultural and international experience as well as increase their personal and professional networks, all while enjoying the backdrop of Japanese culture, daily life and business through various activities during the programs.
In the summer of 2025, 3 sessions are taking place between mid June and mid August:
Session 1: June 12 ~ July 1 (Isa in Kagoshima, Kumamoto City, Uda in Nara)
Session 2: June 2 ~ July 21 (Suita in Osaka, Ueda in Nagano, Isehara in Kanagawa)
Session 3: July 22 ~ August 10 (Abiko in Chiba, Mito in Ibaraki, Tama in Tokyo)
Program highlights
1. Experience modern Japan through local business people, politicians, and teachers.
2. Learn about Japan in interactive workshops and presentations.
3. Participate in cultural immersion activities, such as studying Japanese traditions.
4. Share your culture and volunteer your talents with ordinary citizens, school children, and the elderly.
5. Spend a few weeks living in local Japanese host families and interacting and learning from them.
