Summer at the Equator, Ecuador

Program Description

When: JULY 18-JULY 30, 2016

Study abroad in Ecuador and enjoy a diverse landscape, friendly locals, and gorgeous architecture. This is an ideal summer destination so join the COUPA Ecuador program. This lasts for 6 weeks and you will be situated in the Andes Mountains in the city of Cuenca, Ecuador.
Students will first fly into Guayaquil before moving to Cuenca. You will be placed in a local homestay while learning about Ecuadorian culture in weekly classes.

Students can choose up to 2 courses and earn a total of 6 credits:

Sustainability Politics of the Andean Region (3 credits)
Biodiversity in Ecuador (3 credits)
Latin American Literature (3 credits)
Additional courses: Upon request and demand, students can enroll in additional Spanish courses.
