International Summer School in London and Loughborough

The School of Business and Economics is delighted to invite applications to our expanded International Summer School in July 2018 which will take place across two locations in Loughborough and London, providing a great opportunity to get to know two different regions.
This summer school will be attractive to students with an interest in sports, management and enterprise.
International undergraduate and postgraduate students can choose to study one or two modules from a choice of 2 pathways:
• Pathway 1: Entrepreneurship and Innovation
• Pathway 2: Sports management
Students will normally choose modules in the same pathway but it may be possible to do a module from each pathway if you have any necessary pre-requisites.
Each module is worth 5 ECTS credits, or 3 US credits.
Scholarships are available. Tuition, accommodation, field trips and most meals are included in our International Summer School package.

Block 1: 24 June to 7 July 2018 in Loughborough
Block 2: 8 to 21 July 2018 in London

This is a great opportunity to gain credits studying in 2 different UK locations, London and the Midlands.
Four modules are on offer. Each will be intensive, challenging, and lots of fun! You will gain experience of working in international teams and an understanding of the issues involved in your chosen pathway and will develop your own intercultural skills.
Teaching will be carried out by staff of Loughborough University and guest speakers from the world of business innovation and sport and will be supported by visits to companies and organisations involved in sport.
