UI Designer

Tasks and Responsibilities

Be a great team player and experienced in working with agile teams
Design Wireframes, prototypes, user flows, user interfaces and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Conceptualize original ideas, bringing simplicity and user friendliness to complex processes
Strictly follow guidelines, quality requirements, conventions, and consistency rules
Follow the latest trends and technology improvements and recommend their usage
Collaborate with Project Management and Development to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

3+ years UI Designer or equivalent experience
Solid portfolio, showcasing excellent web interface design for projects where you served as main/lead designer
Experience with very demanding clients such as high-tech or luxury brands
Passion for designing clean, elegant, and highly usable interfaces that satisfy and delight users
Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to rapidly produce multiple designs
Strong organizational skills for collaborative work
BA/BS in fine arts, graphic arts, human factors or related field
Earnest, mature, and ego-free. You welcome candid feedback, and can constructively give it as well
Prototyping in InVision
Great design sense and mastery of typography, color, and layout, especially how all three work in a responsive context
Ability to bring projects from concept to completion, doing everything possible to ensure their success
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Upper intermediate English knowledge (B2) or higher
