Job Descriptions:

• Have done end-2-end test management for OSS area
• High level Understanding of Service Assurance, Service Management and Customer Experience Management domain
• knowledge of all aspects of the software testing engineering process
• Experience in a wide variety of testing efforts, techniques and tools
• People Management Skills
• Test management experience for delivering telecom solutions in customer environment.
• Having strong understanding of all knowledge areas of Test Management
• Capable of reviewing technical documents by Architects Engineers and make suggestions comments
• Should be capable of managing most of the customer meetings technical and non-technical without support from other Architects or engineers
• Capable of handling programs working experience with distributed teams is preferred.
• Acts as a primary project interface to the customer ensuring good customer satisfaction and developing the customer relationship.
• Shares project experience and best practices. knowledge of test management processes, tasks and tools with other test managers.
• Should be having working hands on experience of Test Case Authoring, Test Execution, including all phases in end to end test cycle.
• Leading team of testers and driving test validation phase as per Project Plan
