Telesales Agent with Estonian/Slovak/Polish

For a client of ours – a leading international company with more than 20 years of experience in complex IT solutions and sales methods, we are currently seeking experienced individuals to join the rapidly expanding sales team.

In this role you will help generating new opportunities by strategically identifying, engaging and developing relationships through high-tech outbound marketing programs with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent language, phone, and email skills, along with an understanding in qualifying customer opportunitie.

Responsibilities:

Manage, qualify, and develop existing leads and new prospects (outbound and inbound) with aim to produce qualified opportunities (CTOM);
Drive and grow Cloud business of the partner network (CS) in the respective country;
Interact with and qualify prospects via telephone and email;
Detail interactions with prospects as activities and notes in a CRM to ensure effective pipeline management, and provide feedback upon request, on lead scoring and grading;
Develop and execute high value presentations and product demonstrations;
Provide market feedback and specific feedback to the direct management, to ensure continuous process optimization, and a structured/productive communication flow.​​​​​​

Requirements

Native level of Estonian or Slovak or Polish with excellent command of English;
At least 1 year of experience in business development (midsize companies);
Deep knowledge in selling cloud-software or IT products for business clients;
Self driven sales person ready to be part of fast a growing multinational organization and to deliver results.
