TECHNICIAN (ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL) (based in Malta
Job Description
This position is responsible for developing, implementing and reviewing all the technical designs, drawings and documentation related to new or existing designs, making sure that best practices and applicable standards are adhered to during the design of the mechanical systems. This also includes the preparation of the respective Bill of Materials, process routings, CAD/CAM programs together with component and material specifications as necessary.
Requirements
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools and CAD packages preferably Solidworks, Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems
• Good verbal & written skills
• Able to perform simple/complex mathematical calculations and design
• Knowledge of Automatic Transfer Switch/ Air Insulated Switchgear/ Gas Insulated Switchgear is an asset
• Company will help candidate obtain the licence while in employment (if this is not in hand)
