Job Description:
• We are currently looking for Experienced who are Fluent in German and English speaking with some IT background/knowledge for one of our prestigious clients. This position is to be based in Budapest. Our client is a well-known MNC with offices across the world. Willingness to gain some IT knowledge and learn professional Customer Care practices

• For this Technical support job we are looking for an English speaker with near native or communicable German in the IT support and Customer Service industry.
• That you have good problem solving skills and can articulate them through English and German.
• You should have experience and are comfortable with the use of a number of Windows operating systems.
• You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, know your way around MSOffice you are customer focused and can work well alone and in a team.
