Systems & Support Administrator
Job Description
A client of ours is seeking to recruit a Systems & Support Administrator to join their dynamic team. So if you thrive in IT skills and have a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you!
What is expected of you?
Follow-up and trouble shoot escalated first line calls
Conduct SSRC and SSIS reporting, SQL queries and application beta testing
Develop and deliver user training
Maintain system monitoring tools whilst verifying the availability of each respective solution/service
Conduct hyper-v and terminal server maintenance
Handle installation and configuration, capacity planning, database design, performance monitoring and troubleshooting
Maintain data backup and recoveries and database security
Conduct remote VPN and wordpress sites maintenance
Perform other duties as required

Requirements
What are you expected to bring?
Diploma or Degree in Information technology
Minimum of 3years’ experience in a similar position
Proficient in Cisco and Linux
