Position: Store Team Leader

Task:
Boggi’s Store Team Leader is a professional who is responsible for promoting brand loyalty to customers, in order to guarantee commercial (quantitative and qualitative) targets assigned. He/she represents the Company and is a proactive Sales professional who operates according to the company policies set by the Headquarters and aimed at managing Store Sales Advisors and ensuring that the Store runs efficiently.
Responsibilities
Sales
• Reflects the corporate image in terms of standing and ensures that the Staff is also aligned.
• Ensures that the image of the Store is in line with corporate standards and that the Staff is aware of this standard.
• Guarantees excellent customer service including welcome and treatments and supervises sales to ensure customer satisfaction and that the qualitative standards required by our brand are maintained.
• Ensures that the Store windows are always in place and supervises the layout of the Store according to the Company directions.
• Ensures that all delicate situations regarding customer complaints and the overall sales process are dealt with accordingly.
• Ensures that the network of external relations expands and that relations with traditional partners and prestigious people are maintained in order to promote customer loyalty.
• Supervises warehouse stock and verifies that it is in line with the Store’s sales potential and reports to Merchandising Team.
• Optimises warehouse management in order to make the stocking of goods as efficient as possible in terms of sales.
• Informs the Field Coach about any local events in the city and organized by competitors.
• Is constantly up-to-date regarding fashion trends, knows and monitors competition and communicates this information to the Staff.
• Provide staff meeting, in order to share Store business trend, and gain feedback from sales associates to increase commercial performance.
Management
• Defines targeted quantitative and qualitative objectives and ensures they are achieved by analyzing the results, verifying periodically activities and setting up yearly assessments.
• Keeps staff informed at all times regarding Store performance through the necessary tools agreed on with the Field Coach.
• Creates a team, whose activities will be coordinated in order to make sure that this team is always motivated and competent.
• Ensures professional growth and training of the staff, by constantly stimulating them to be up-to-date in the Fashion industry.
• Supports the Field Coach in the recruitment process for Store Staff.
• Creates and authorizes planning, organizes and plans the activities providing available resources to manage the expected workload.
• Ensures that the laws of the Labour Code and Sales Regulations are applied with the support of the Headquarters.
• Takes all the necessary measures to guarantee the safety of the products and all valuable materials in the store along with the Warehouse.
• Deals with administration and accounting responsibilities.
• Ensures that internal procedures are followed.
• Reports all the relevant information to the Headquarters.
• Verifies the correct rotation of the goods in the warehouse.
• Ensures that the packaging and positioning of the product are coherent to the protection of corporate assets.
• Manages inventory activities (annual or partial) with responsibilities on the results, ensuring a shortfall variation between maximum the 0,15% and 0,50% compared to the cost of sales
• Checks the operation of video-surveillance tools and verifies that the recording is active.
Au sein de notre magasin Boggi , vous assurez la gestion quotidienne de ce point de vente, tant en terme de gestion terrain, qu'en terme de management humain et organisationnel.
Vous garantissez une gestion terrain opérationnel et performante : gestion commerçante et commerciale : implantations, connaissances des vêtements et accessoires par Homme et saisonnalité, le service sur mesure (Made To Measure), gestions commandes et stocks, communication, législation, remontée de chiffres.
Vous êtes force de propositions stratégiques pour l'évolution positive du PDV.
Vous êtes en charge du management humain : organisation et supervision de l'équipe. Rigueur, discipline, capacité de gestion et de contrôle, sens de l'initiative et de l'analyse sont nécessaires, sens de l'écoute client et équipe sont les qualités nécessaires.
Une expérience dans le domaine du Retail PAP Homme est souhaitée.
Rémunération motivante et évolutive, à négocier selon profil et expérience.

• Minimum 5 years retail experience, with 2-3 years shop Staff specialty management
• A dynamic and energetic individual

• Excellent knowledge of the local language
• Additional languages beneficial
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative de 5 à 10 ans en tant que Responsable de boutique, idéalement acquise dans le domaine de la mode masculine.
Doté(e) d’une véritable culture du résultat et des chiffres, vous maîtrisez parfaitement vos indicateurs de performance.
Vous êtes un manager avec un fort sens du service client ainsi qu'un goût prononcé pour la vente. Vous parlez anglais couramment.
Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (notamment Excel).
