Sophia High Tech is an engineering outsourcing services company for customers all over the world that need support in IT, Hardware and Testing activities with headquarter in Italy.
Sophia High Tech is supporting Bombardier, the world's leading manufacturer of both planes and trains. In order to expand their team in Germany, we are looking for:

Software Development Engineer (Location: Mannheim, Germany)

Responsibilities:
- Development of model-based software & C code modules for controlling an inductive charging system
- Review of requirements
- Evaluation of change requests
- Development and optimization of algorithms
- Implementation of the software with Matlab / Simulink / TargetLink and C code
- Test the generated software on PC, software tester and HIL

-At least 2 years of experience in the development of software for embedded systems, preferably in the automotive environment
- Very good C skills and UML knowledge
- Very good Matlab / Simulink / Stateflow and Targetlink knowledge
- Very good CANoe, CANape and / or INCA knowledge
- Knowledge of standards such as Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, MISRA
- Knowledge of embedded systems, real-time operating systems and electronics
- Routine handling of ticket and version management systems
- Control technology knowledge would be an advantage
- Fluency in English
- Analytical thinking and structured approach
