Requirements
1. Person need to have strong core network knowledge for SMS, VMS, and MMS delivery
2. Person must have experience on VNF and VM concepts
3. Person must have experience on going through vendor documentation/manuals and generating ITDA based on initial study
4. Person must have knowledge on how to write HLDs and review approve LLDs (may require)
5. Person must have good communication and interpersonal skills as this job require meeting lot of other domain members
6. Person need to have knowledge on different SMSC interfaces like SMS retrieval, Billing, Charging etc and SMS flows
