Senior Product Technologist (based in Malta)

Our client, a leading local manufacturing concern, is looking for a Senior Product Technologist to join their team. If successful, you would be responsible for leading, monitoring and managing the assigned area and team.

What is expected of you?

Ensure a safe and efficient food manufacturing environment
Measure and monitor production, quality and waste
Devise process improvements in relation to production, quality & waste
Conduct research and development relating to assigned processes & products
Carry out basic trouble shooting & raise maintenance work requests
Ensure H&S, quality standards & HACCP procedures are followed

What are you expected to bring?

A qualification in Food Technology
Proven experience in a food manufacturing company
The ability to lead a team
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent English language skills
A passion for food hygiene and safety
