For one of our clients: a well-recognized company focused on process transformation and optimization – we are seeking candidates for a role with core functions for their business structure– Senior Operations Manager. The position includesleading all activities related to constructing and implementing operational objectives, creating the business concept of the respective account and maintaining optimal service level at any given moment.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor the account’s operational department by building strong relationships and
driving engagement;
* Ensure performance levels are met by participating in the staffing process and supporting talent
management;
* Manage the PL and the KPIs/SLAs for the respective business client;
* Review and approve schedules and all the info required from administration and payroll;
* Create financial, headcount and target forecasts for the respective team;
* Prepare and complete successfully action plans, system audits and analysis;
* Work with high level stakeholders both internally and externally;
* Optimize the business intelligence reporting and the performance management and monitoring
process;
*Maximize operational efficiency by focusing on the continuous improvement process.

Requirements

Our client’s requirements:
* Hands-on client / people management experience in multinational environment;
* 5+ years of experience on a management level role in operational process supervision in the BPO field;
* Strong leadership development skills with focus on innovation, collaboration and problem solving;
* Ability to translate data, forecasts and metrics in the context of the business process outsourcing
field into short-term and long-term goals;
* Experience in change management, implementation of new processes and new strategies;
* Bachelor’s or/and Master’s degree.
