Senior ICT Manager

What is expected of you?
- Offer consultation in regards to best technological practices in line with business objectives
- Create architecture and technical solution designs
- Implement systems infrastructure and software development projects within project activities
- Lead the ICT team, oversee data centre’s technologies such as security, servers, storage etc and ensure optimum security
- Ensure effective management of service providers, including reviewing agreements, contracts and SLAs
- Identify business needs and communicate with other departments
- Ensure compliance and that all audit documentations are in place
- Write and maintain systems documentation as necessary and apply any changes as required
- Attend seminars in the EU
- Assist in budget preparations
- Communicate with IT service providers and other stakeholders
- Carry out other duties as required and report directly to the Chief Operations Officer

What are you expected to bring?
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be agile, able to multi-task, meet strict deadlines, work within a team and on own initiative
- Be knowledgeable of current market trends with the ability to conduct research
- Well-developed writing and communication skills
- Adequate negotiating skills
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any other ICT recognized qualification
- A minimum of 8 years working experience
- Familiarisation with ISO/IEC 27001 – Information Security Management
- Experience of business critical systems would be considered an asset
