Answering customer's enquiries via email and live chat
Providing customer support on all aspect of the player experience
Verifying customer accounts and processing payments
Crediting Bonuses and Free Spins to Players
Assisting in fraud and risk management
Taking care of VIP players

Requirements

Qualifications:


Previous Customer Service Experience
iGaming Experience in online casino – is a must!
Excellent communication skills
Previous VIP Experience is a big plus
Impeccable English – written and spoken
Superb problem solving skills
Ability to work independent and as a part of a team
Be able to handle stress
Previous experience with Bitcoin is a major plus
Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
