Job Description

Your Role:

As a Scrum master, you will your role will be helping and educating the team and ensuring that the SAFe/SCRUM process is being followed. You also help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.



Main Responsibilities:

Coaching
Educates team in Scrum & Agile principles & practices.
Continuous improvement on team level.
Coach organization in SAFe/SCRUM adoption.

Be a Servant Leader
Helps self-managing team to achieve its goals – identifying & eliminating impediments together with the corresponding Team Lead.
Ensure that PI and sprint goals & scope are known to team members.
Helps protect the team from uncontrolled expansion of work.
Facilitate usual SAFe/SCRUM events, including Daily Stand-up meetings, Backlog Refinements, Sprint plannings and Sprint Reviews/Retrospectives

Be accountable for your team's delivery
Monitor progress and performance against the Sprint plan; take action to resolve problems and minimize delays.
Ensure that built-in quality practices are followed.
Makes sure that team works on planned tasks / identifies disturbances from the outside.
Coordinates with other teams.
Support estimations.
Supports the PO in managing the team backlog.

Requirements

Skills to Create the Difference:

Minimum 3 years of experience playing the Scrum Master role.
Experience in SAFe approach.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous burndown technologies, various retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
Nice to have experience in automotive sector.
Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications, ...).
Ability to think analytically, quantitatively, and creatively.
Fluent English
