Job Description

We are seeking a Part-time Receptionist to help at our office. Receptionist is responsible for general office project support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to help in other areas as needed. The person should be a highly organized, a quick learner, detail-oriented, and a creative problem-solver with sound judgment.

Essential Job Functions:
• Assist with and/or manage projects
• Maintain inventory catalogs
• Run errands as needed
• Filing
• Assist in management of vendors, routine maintenance schedules and oversee work to ensure completed as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent computer and internet skills
• Master of Microsoft products – word, excel, power point
• The ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people
• Be flexible and accessible during peak periods of work
• Positive attitude
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
