This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to work with the Recruitment team on site with Vodafone in Leopardstown supporting the hiring strategy across all roles and disciplines. Working with 2 Recruiters and a Sourcer, this role would suit someone who is looking to an existing recruitment administrator / strong administrator who wants to develop their career into a junior recruiter role.

Overview of the role:

• To provide an efficient and effective administrative process supporting all of the Talent Acquisition Managers / Partners and Team.
• To support, as required, in the end to end recruitment process (interview scheduling, role advertisement and contract generation).
• To develop new and innovative tracking processes to ensure we optimise our delivery and efficiencies.
• To manage the day to day hiring of volume roles within Retail.
• To call out inefficiencies/ quality issues with a solution focussed approach.

Responsibilities will include:
• Posting all new permanent vacancies onto the Vodafone recruitment system (Taleo) for approvals and advertising
• Posting adverts onto job boards and internal screens as required
• Scheduling interviews including booking rooms, sending confirmation emails and collecting candidates from reception.
• Recording details of the recruitment process i.e. CVs sent, interviews arranged, vacancy requirements and placements.
• Managing the candidate onboarding tracker ensuring Red flags are escalated accordingly.
• Managing the Recruitment team central mailbox & answering general queries – escalating to relevant parties when required.
• Identifying, developing and implementing new processes to improve efficiencies
• Work with HR Services to ensure a perfect day one with new starters
• Attend training workshops, when required, to improve knowledge and skills
• Behave in a positive ‘can do’ manner towards colleagues, clients and candidates
• Ensure that own areas of work are serviced and covered thoroughly and efficiently
• Any other duties commensurate with the post as directed by the Recruitment Manager
• Manage the day to day hiring for Retail roles (volume) and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within this business function.

Required Skills and Knowledge:
• Must have proven track record working within an administration and coordination role
• Good working knowledge of the Microsoft packages with advanced Excel Skills
• Good computer skills and ability to acquire knowledge of the in-house candidate database swiftly in order to be able to undertake multi-level searches.
• Strong organisational skills and a sense of urgency
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
• A personable, can do attitude particularly important when dealing with changing environment
• Able to consistently maintain a high activity/productivity level
• Can use own initiative and judgement to tackle issues
• Ability to multitask and deal with changes in priority
• Professional manner and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Good reasoning skills and ability to screen and eventually interview applicants and make sound judgements on suitability.
• Ability to project professionalism and personality over the phone and face to face.
