Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join a financial services corporation, with exposure on the local and international front. If you have what it takes to lead and manage a team in the overall coordination and management of a quality assurance programme. We want to hear from you!

What is expected of you?
Prepare the yearly quality assurance plan.
Lead the quality assurance reviews.
Device and monitor key performance indicators.
Plan and provide quality assurance training and mentor the team.
Participate in quality assurance groups and committees.
Exercise judgement when handling cases and challenging reviews.
Represent the team with internal and external stakeholders.
Take responsibility for the management and development of reports.

What are you expected to bring?
A Bachelor’s degree
An background in Business engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Assurance
A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a managerial position
