Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Project Manager in building services. If you are a technical and commercially minded individual looking to join a well-established organisation. We want to hear from you.
What is expected of you?
Ensure efficiency, quality and affordability across the installation, commissioning and handing over of all the systems.
Review installation plans and specifications.
Co-ordinate various services
Review projects costing, revenue & profitability.
Ensure job meet building regulations and adheres to health and safety requirements
Attend meetings and present ideas and progress reports to managers and clients

What are you expected to bring?
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in building services
Valid Driving Licence
Excellent proficiency in both Maltese & English
Knowledge of current construction practices and on-site safety regulations.
Excellent organization skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Able to confidently work in a team.
