For one of our clients – a global IT technology leader – we are looking for Procurement
Administrator with Spanish, German, Italian, French and English.
The position is suitable for candidates with little or no experience and is a great opportunity
for a career start.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Work with a variety of procurement applications and platforms;
* Prepare purchase orders and send order requests to suppliers;
* Activate and modify purchase orders;
* Update records and data bases, follow up with vendors, forward invoices;
* Provide additional administrative support for team member as needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
* Good level of Spanish, German, Italian, French;
* Intermediate level of English;
* Good negotiation and time management;
* Good command of MS Office and general computer literacy.
