Antal International, behalf of its Client, is looking for a Online Dealer with Russian advanced.
The Employer is a leading content provider to the iGaming  Industry with Slots, Live Casino, Bingo & More.

Attracting players
-Explaining the rules of the game
-Respecting and maintaining the game standards imposed by the company
-Active contribution to the development of the company

MAIN ATTRIBUTIONS (and related tasks):
-Attracting players:
-Presents with enthusiasm the offer of games;
-Provides entertainment and interaction for players;
-Provides an environment that is as attractive to players as possible;
-Provides support to players when requested.

Explaining the rules of the game:
-At the beginning of each session presents the rules of the game;
-During the game, it informs the players whenever necessary;
-I explain in a simple way what players are allowed and what they are not allowed to do

Respecting and maintaining the game standards imposed by the company:
-To read and learn about the company's standards
-To use the technology of the company in an appropriate way
-To notify the management regarding the deviations from the imposed standards
-To present the standards of the players' company

Active contribution to the development of the company:

-It proposes measures to improve the experience of the players;
-To participate actively in reaching the sales logs of products;
-Conveys to the management impressions about the players experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POST:
Related to the specific activities, it is responsible for:
-Players' entertainment;
-Respecting the rules of the game;
-Compliance with company standards;
-Use of working time exclusively for the performance of the tasks

Previews experience it is NOT mandatory;
• Russian - advanced level;
• English - intermediate level;
• To have a pleasant appearance and character;
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude with personality;
• Must be able to maintain high energy levels during games;
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential;
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to think fast and remain calm under pressure while maintaining accuracy, discipline and discretion;
• A punctual person;

1. The work program is in 3 shifts (8h / day / uneven): 06: 00-14: 00/14: 00-22: 00/22: 00-06: 00
2. Fixed salary of 4000 net + night bonuses / weekends / legal holidays
