For one of our clients – a global leader in customer experience management – we are
looking for a Mobile Device Customer Service Technician with German, Arabic, Indonesian and English. The employee will answer inquiries from mobile device users.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner;
- Assist users with configuration and optimization of the mobile devices’ settings;
- Provide support mainly via chat and emails and occasionally via phone calls;
- Follow up with users and improve the overall customer experience;
- Demonstrate sufficient product knowledge and analytical thinking;
- Document cases according to the established standards of the company.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and explain complex
information in a simplified manner;
- Effective problem-solving skills and willingness to listen and help;
- Good research skills and proactive attitude;
- Business level of German, Arabic, Indonesian and English.
