Essential Job Functions:
• Understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements;
• Verify that the application matches requirements and ensure the application meets end user expectations;
• Provide in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics O365 CRM;
• Evaluate current business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics O365 CRM functionality;
• Provide insight into designs, verify test conditions, and assist with User AcceptanceTesting and Demonstrations;
• Develop and maintain detailed functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics O365 CRMand the Customer Service Management System;
• Assist in documenting business requirements document for its implementation of Business Development System using Microsoft Dynamics O365 CRM;
• Architect / design CRM system, related customizations, and portals.

Requirements:
Fluency in English;
• Microsoft Dynamics Certified Professional – GP 2013 and CRM 2013;
• Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCSE/MCSA/MCITP) – Server 2012/SharePoint/SQL Server/Exchange;
• VMware Certified Professionals (VCP) – ESX 5.0/ESX 5.5.
