Marketing Manager (iGaming experience is a must)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious, positive minded individual to join our
Marketing team in a managerial role. We have a multi brand strategy with 5 different casinos,
all of which are separate entities; so, it is vital that the candidate can deal with multiple
marketing strategies and has a solid grasp of the differences between our main target markets.
It is also vital the candidate has managerial experience and can manage multiple personalities
and make them pull in one single direction.
The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing our marketing team and keeping a
cohesive vision between all facets it is comprised of, with a focus on driving continued growth
to take us to the next level in our company’s evolution.
Key responsibilities:
• Planning and executing marketing plans for different marketing channels across all 5 brands.
• Have a good grasp of current compliance regulations in the markets we operate in, and make
sure all marketing activities comply fully.
• Creating a highly dynamic, open and creative team spirit.
• Monitor and optimise conversation rates, churn rates, and player values in relation to
marketing activities.
• Provide regular reports to the Management on performance of the marketing department.
• Work closely with the acquisition and product departments to make sure all content fall in
line with the brand guidelines.
• Supply marketing briefs to Customer Support department and keep open communication
channels to other departmental heads on marketing activities that will affect them.
• Fulfil departmental and personal KPI’s as delivered by management.
• Create and monitor KPI’s for other individuals in the marketing team.

Requirements

Candidates skills and experience:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial role within a marketing department
• A passion for the iGaming industry, particularly casino.
• Strong people management skills.
• Numerically minded when reviewing campaigns, and analysing data.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• A solid grasp of various marketing channels.
• Highly motivated to achieve goals and strive for excellence.
• Organised and able to keep focus and structure in a role which grants freedom.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Highly responsible.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suit, including word, excel, power point and outlook.
• Excellent communication and teambuilding skills, with a passion to drive growth and direction
in a growing, young and ambition company
