Help grow this Silicon Valley-based, stealth-mode AI healthcare startup by joining their remote team as a Legal consultant.

You will:

Form legal entities
Complete state filings
Draft internal policies
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Create and negotiate contracts
Do legal research using LexisNexis and/or other available tools
Train and supervise junior team members
Assess and minimize the risks of legal conflicts
Support the Finance team in their work

Requirements:

Law degree from an accredited university
Advanced level of English
Excellent legal writing and legal research skills

Nice to haves:

JD or LLM degree from a U.S. law school
Experience working with the U.S. law — corporate, contracts, or immigration
Experience with international private law
