Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a talented Junior Project Manager to work with us on a dynamic project for one of our international clients.

You will be based on our Warwick offices - CV34 6RZ.

Role Overview:

The role is to provide exceptional customer service and some technical analysis and support to external clients across geographical locations, ensuring an overall high level of customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis. All calls and requests are to be resolved within or exceed client service level agreements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Participation in client workshops
● Work closely with internal development, testing and support teams
● Helping with the development of project plans and documentation
● Being Involved in Commercial aspects of the Project
● Reporting project status

Essential Skills:
● A sound commercial and financial understanding is required
● Experience in working with multiple suppliers
● Experience in ensuring appropriate business engagement
● Have broad-based knowledge - both in the Business and Technical areas to be able to advise colleagues in strategic direction and consult on issues
● Team-leading skills
● Excellent communication skills
● Professional presentation skills
● Confident and self-motivated
● Self-directed and independent

Preferred Skills:

● Ability to interact with technical staff to communicate support requirements and elicit additional
information
● Knowledge for Agile Methodologies or PRINCE2 Certification.
