Job Description

Our client is currently looking to hire Junior CRM Sportsbook Manager to join their team in Malta focused on international markets and working for the growth of the gaming group. Junior CRM Sportsbook Manager will lead the sportsbook oriented customer relationship strategy, communications and campaign execution.
The Junior CRM Manager will be responsible for managing the execution of CRM/Retention campaigns as well as automated player journeys across the group’s brands. It is vital for this role to be creative and to have a strong knowledge of CRM and interest in sport and sports betting.

Responsibilities:

Keeping and reactivating players through open (global) and closed (segmented) campaigns,
Create sports betting retention offers and campaigns suitable for specific markets,
Develop communication strategies incorporating segmentation, personalization and targeting,
Collaborate with internal and external parties to develop and execute end-to-end campaigns,
Plan and evaluate within budgets and deadlines the sportsbook-oriented marketing campaigns of various customer segments,
Send out marketing communication to customers segments according to a planned schedule,
Basic analysis and reporting on completed campaigns,
Strengthen acquisitions and conversions by building an appropriate customer path,
Actively participate in setting up customer journeys and follow them closely,
Act as first-hand contact for any related CRM promotions towards other departments,
Sing practical knowledge of communication touchpoints (e.g. mailing, SMS, push),
Close cooperation with other departments in the field of tool integration and the introduction of new services, products and functionalities relevant to CRM,

Requirements

Requirements:

iGaming experience and a general understanding of both players and business drivers
+2 years experience in a similar role
Experience in working on marketing automation tools such as Optimove, Cutomer.io and other tools relevant to CRM activities is appreciated.
Exceptional command of English (written and verbal)
Experience with sports betting is essential, either as a player or professionally (or both)
Team player that truly enjoys having many points of contacts
Player first mindset
Analytical mindset and experience of data driven organisations
Extremely structured, organised and meticulous in your work
