Junior Branch Manager

Furthermore, we keep on expanding and are in search for Junior Branch Managers for our branches in Spain.
Our program Will offer you an intensive training combining theory and internship during a period of 9 months in which we Will provide you with company car and an interesting retribution. During this period, you will learn all the aspects of the branch management to be able to take the lead as a JBM once finished with our program.

The specific formative areas will be:
• Operating account management.
• Sales and team management.
• Operations management.
• Accounting and finance: cost control know-how and interpretation of the balance sheet.
• Guest service.
• Vehicle fleet management.
• Leadership and communication

Once finished with the formative program, you will be able to work in any of our branches all over in Spain.

• Recently graduated in Tourism, Business Administration or similar.
• High English skills. Appreciable German knowledge.
• Excellent commercial and guest service skills.
• Analytic and organizational skills.
• Experience in teamwork and target orientation.
• Driving license.
• Availability to travel frequently during the first 9 months.
• Geographical availability once finished with the formative program.
