IT Service Desk Analyst (6 months temporary)

The Company.

For one of our client, an international Shared Service Center based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for IT Service Desk Analysts who want to gain first experience in this area or further develop their acquired skills.

The Job.

In this role, you will be in charge of providing B2B IT support services to end users of the EU regions.
Your main responsibilities will be:
– Analyse, identify and handle customer's queries
– Provide Excellent Customer Support
– Follow up and solve complex IT incidents
– Escalate incidents to higher level when unable to resolve
– Responding to incoming emails and calls according to SLA standards
– Ensuring that service quality levels meet expectations

Your Profile.

– You have an excellent level of English + one of the following language is considered an asset: French, German, Spanish or Italian
– You gained first experience in a similar IT Helpdesk position or Technical Support role
– You have experience in an international environment
– You are pro-active and have the ability to handle high volume of actions (calls, negotiation, disputes. etc.)
– You have the ability to work under pressure and with deadlines
– You have strong organisation and prioritization skills
– You are responsible and have the ability to take ownership on your tasks
– You have problem solving capabilities
– You are a team player

The Offer.

– Salary based on level of experience + additional benefits
– Standard working hours from Monday to Friday
– 6 months temporary contract
